We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize
email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with email marketing
tools, campaign analytics, and audience segmentation to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
● Design email templates and newsletters aligned with brand guidelines.
Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
● Segment email lists to ensure targeted communication.
● Monitor campaign performance including open rates, CTR, and conversions.
● Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
● Maintain and update email databases.
● Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
● Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
● Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns,
etc.).
● Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates is a plus.
● Understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Skills:
● Experience with marketing automation.
● Knowledge of CRM tools.
● Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
