• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns:
  • Develop targeted email campaigns that nurture leads, promote products, and drive conversions.
  • Craft engaging email copy that resonates with different customer segments.
  • A/B test email subject lines and content to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze email metrics and report on campaign results.
• Manage website promotions:
  • Create and implement engaging website banners, pop-ups, and landing pages.
  • Utilize website personalization tools to tailor the shopping experience.
  • Coordinate website promotions with other marketing channels for maximum impact.
  • Analyze website traffic and conversion data to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay on top of trends and best practices:
  • Research and implement the latest e-commerce marketing trends and strategies.
  • Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop a cohesive strategy.

Requirement

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, email marketing, and/or digital advertising.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience in using analytics tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Omnisend, Mailchimp)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with website personalization tools.
• Experience working with a design team or creating your own marketing materials.

• Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
• Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
• Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
• Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
• Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
• Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.

Nice to haves:

• Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Analytics.
• Broad experience of attribution modeling, conversion management, and sales journey optimization.
• Knowledge about Omnisend, Mailchimp, bigcommerce , woocommerce.
