Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Accurately process orders, payments, and returns.
- Identify and address customer needs, proactively suggesting relevant products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sales environment.
